The aim of this program is to guarantee the existence throughout the country of a broadband service offer with a download speed of 100 Mbps for all households and at an affordable price in remote areas where operators have not deployed their networks. This program will grant subsidies for the cost of user installation and will guarantee that the monthly subscription to contract ultrafast broadband under this program anywhere in Spain will be affordable.

This aid, which will be granted on a competitive basis, is necessary so that citizens and companies located in areas where there is no other alternative can have adequate and affordable connectivity, thus favoring the social and territorial cohesion of the State.

The program also provides aid for the installation of equipment and the registration of end users of the retail broadband connection access service, covering associated expenses such as the acquisition of end user equipment, its installation and start-up.
