The process of digitalization, innovation and incorporation of artificial intelligence into value chains represents a fundamental opportunity to change the pattern of economic growth in Spain, increasing human and technological capital, reducing the environmental impact and thereby improving productivity and sustainable growth to generate a higher level of welfare and quality employment.
In order to achieve a full deployment of artificial intelligence in the country, it is necessary to facilitate its integration into the productive fabric, the economy and society.
This measure will encourage different applications of artificial intelligence to be integrated into the value chains of the business fabric through two main actions:
- Call for grants for the integration of artificial intelligence in value chains: an aid program will be launched for SMEs for the integration of AI and robotization in their value chains.
- National Green Algorithms Program (NGAP): the development of green algorithms to maximize energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of AI models will be encouraged.

El programa de Ayudas para la Integración de la IA en las cadenas de valor busca impulsar el proceso de digitalización, innovación e incorporación de la inteligencia artificial dentro de las cadenas de valor de empresas y pymes en España, facilitando la integración de esta tecnología en el tejido productivo, la economía y la sociedad.
