The digital transformation must reach all public administrations. In this sense, this measure aims to generalize digital public services throughout Spain by modernizing the central services of the General State Administration (registry, personnel management, other services of the Ministry) and supporting the transformation of territorial administrations.
Depending on their capability and use, cross-cutting projects may also be used to serve Autonomous Communities and Local Authorities.
To this end, public calls and tenders have already been launched, as well as management contracts, which provide the various recipient administrations with sufficient funds to carry out these actions, and which must be implemented, together with the projects contemplated in the distribution of funds already made to the Autonomous Communities through the corresponding Sectoral Conferences.
Demand management will be carried out based on parameters set by the General Secretariat for Digital Administration and on the basis of the eligibility criteria established by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function.
