This action will finance broadband infrastructure with speeds of at least 300 Mbps, scalable to 1 Gbps in reference centers such as hospitals, health centers, educational and training centers, and other centers where public services are provided and reinforce their connectivity.

Measures will be implemented to enhance connectivity and equipment in centers that provide access to essential, welfare and social services such as hospitals, health centers, educational and training centers and other reference centers and public services in the various provinces. The program will work in coordination with the General Secretariat for the Demographic Challenge for the definition and scope of the calls for proposals.

The program's budget is 150 million euros and has been transferred to the Autonomous Communities for distribution and execution.
