This initiative aims to modernize the public services of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration. The aim of this digital transformation is to improve their usability, usefulness, quality, accessibility, etc. It will also enable new channels and services better adapted to the needs of businesses.
Among other issues, progress will be made in the development of the Ministry's information governance model, aligned with the set of measures related to data governance, which will allow the development of a national model, focused on developing new policies in this area, as well as new personalized and proactive services for citizens and companies.
Internally, progress will be made in the automation and improvement of the systems that support the processes of service provision and the exercise of the Ministry's competencies, especially those related to affiliation, collection, and contributions, maximizing the use of the Administration's common services and tools.
