Digital transformation of the Administration of Justice

The digital transformation of the Justice Administration aims to make this body closer, more agile, and efficient for citizens. Therefore, the Ministry of Justice has drawn up the Justice 2030 Plan, which will develop the following actions and projects:

  • Improve digital services by building inclusive, personalized, proactive, and quality public services.
  • To have a Sustainable Electronic Judicial Record that allows for sustainable judicial management, adapting the forecast of resources to the needs in an agile, interconnected, and ecological way.
  • Facilitating digital immediacy, digital public trust and teleworking.
  • Artificial intelligence and data-driven Justice Administration: through the development of different use cases that make it possible to speed up and automate the management of judicial matters, without undermining guarantees in terms of data protection and cybersecurity.
  • Modernization of system, network and end-user infrastructures and the promotion of interoperability and cybersecurity mechanisms.
