Cibersecurity Helpline

The existence of a method for solving doubts and problems related to cybersecurity and all that this concept encompasses is essential. This system must be available to everyone, efficient and fast.

For this purpose, the Cybersecurity Helpline was created. This is a national, free, and confidential service provided and created by INCIBE, available to all users connected to the Internet.

Essentially, it is aimed at citizens, companies and professionals who make daily use of the Internet and new technologies in the performance of their activity. It is aimed at the protection of this activity, their assets and businesses, minors, and their environment (parents, educators and professionals working in the field of minors or online protection linked to this public).

A multidisciplinary group of experts attends this service offering technical, psychosocial, and legal advice through different contact options such as via instant messaging (WhatsApp and Telegram), calling 017 or filling in a web form.

The aim is to progressively increase its services and coordinated actions to reach an average of 20,000 consultations per month.
