Support for the management of change includes programs that seek to increase the digital skills of SMEs and facilitate organizational changes that allow them to assimilate the use of digital technologies in production, distribution, and management processes.

Two of the most noteworthy programs are:

• Management Training Program: this has a dual objective: on the one hand, to promote management training in the digital management of the company and, on the other, to reduce the digital gender gap by increasing the number of women enrolled, graduates and workers in digital sectors. The Program plans to invest 256 million euros in the period 2021-2023.
• SME Digital Transformation Experts Program, which aims to train young experts in SME digitization as agents of change in SME digital transformation processes. The program plans to invest 100 million euros in the period 2021-2023.

Together with these, there is the Agents of Change Program, included in the SME Digitization Plan and endowed with 300 million euros. This will subsidize the costs of incorporating a digital transformation professional to develop their digitization plan and accelerate their digital transformation, acting as an agent of change within the company.
